Integral Life Coaching will fully transform your life. We will work on each fundamental level of your life - mind/psyche, body/nutrition, relational/sexual, professional/financial, spiritual/emotional - as we uncover and unlearn pain patterns holding you back. Together, we integrate the most intimate parts of ourselves in order to create entirely new identities to guide our daily experiences.
1:1 Addiction Therapy
This work is specifically targeted to overcome pain patterns and cycles of harm and addiction. You cannot overcome addiction alone and most people need a powerful navigator to heal from intolerable, obsessive habits that destroy your life and so often the lives of those closely connected. I can lead you out. This will be the most difficult, yet greatest work of your life.

Group training and coaching faciliates vision work and goal setting from an integral framework - mind, body, relationship, work environment. Organizations hyper-focused on quantifiable performance metrics often miss the subtle or soft metrics of organizational psychology.
